How to Sue Drug Company from MMR Vaccine Causing Autism

Not long ago a plaintiff with autism sued a vaccine manufacturer and the federal government, claiming that a rubella, mumps, and measles vaccine resulted of him developing autism. Because of the absence of scientific proof of vaccinations causing autism, the baseless vaccine autism lawsuit was dismissed in the end.

One can't launch a successful lawsuit against any vaccine-manufacturing company without solid evidence that connects the MMR vaccine shot to autism. So unless you have such proof, it's a total waste of time to go to court and expect to win.
