Is Accutane Causing Autism?

According to WebMD, Accutane, or isotretinoin, is becoming better known in causing birth defects, which include facial, brain, and heart deformities, if women consume it during pregnancy. In a 2010 study published on BMJ online it was learned that among over 5,700 users of isotretinoin, the danger of suicide reached the highest point among these users who had ceased treatment for 6 months. But can accutane cause autism? There exists no solid, conclusive evidence to prove this.
